3. Services & Flat-Rate Estimates
All estimates and project proposals provided via Webmicron's booking, email, or contact forms are valid for 30 days unless agreed otherwise. We build custom websites according to Figma designs and code structures agreed upon in written contracts. Scope changes or additions during active sprints may trigger flat-rate adjustments.
4. User Content
In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Webmicron a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
